As-salamu alaikum,
Welcome to the renovated website «Before Armageddon». Since three years we publish the sohbets of our Sheikh, Maulana Sheikh Nazim al-Haqqani, who addresses people of the 21st century, sending wisdom, and blessings, love and also warnings around the world.
About three years ago I have asked the Sheikh: «Have you ever heard the name ‘podcast’?» And he answered: «Yes, of course!» And I continued: «We want to publish audio podcast episodes with the beautiful voice of our Sheikh in good quality, fresh and free: what name we should give to it?» After some seconds of thinking about he said: «Before Armageddon!»
Since that time we did our best to publish the sohbets of our Sheikh in best quality, what sometimes is a very hard job, if you have to fight against the interferences of mobil phone recorders, placed too close to the wire of our microphone, or, in summertime, against the noise of too many fans, Baba Tahsin is a fan of.
Since months we got the help of Sheikh Abdul Hadi from Munich. He records the sohbets. He also has refined and always is refining the technique of recording and of finishing treatments. Al-hamdu-li-llah. Our webpage became more and more known by the followers of our Sheikh, and there is hardly any webpage of our people without a link to «Before Armageddon».
And now we have renovated the webpage with the help of Sheikh Hussein from Düsseldorf, a genius, developer and well known author of books about web-publishing, especially in the Ruby on Railys technique. The new website is s system of different blogs, coming together at the title-page. A description of this you will find at the editorial column at the starting page. The audio podcasts, video-films, a reflection-blog about backgrounds and others, all connected with blog features, may invite you to take part in developing this newly organized webpage as a means of communication for the whole tariqat, a forum for all of us.
