(2007-11-04) – Shaitanic teachings for people of the 21st century are: “No God, no life after death, no resurrection, no Judgement Day, no hell, no paradise, only here.”
WHY «BEFORE ARMAGEDDON»?
This week in Lefke a brother asked me why our audio-podcast has the name «Before Armageddon» and he explained that some rich Chinese buisinessmen would not like this name, because it does not sound to be something serious. So I refered to him the background and where the name comes from: «Three years ago I asked our Sheikh “Have you ever heard the name ‘Podcast’”? He answered; “Yes, of cource.” And I asked: “We want to make an Audio-Podcast: The beautiful voice of our Sheikh in good quality, fresh and free, what name we should give to it?” After some seconds Maulana said: “Before Armageddon”» So we built up a webpage, addressed by «www.before-armageddon.com». – Salim
THE BACKGROUND
More than ten years ago Maulana folded an A4 sheet to make an A5 one and gave Salim the advice to produce a small periodical in this format in the German language. ‘Make it weekly’ he said, ‘and put a price on it, otherwise people will think it has no value’. So for more than ten years we have been producing the Lichtblick Weekly. Number 535 has just appeared and many people are happy to be able to read Sheikh Nazim’s Sohbets weekly in German language.
Since we moved to Cyprus some people have asked for an ‘English Lichtblick’. This concept would tie in with our ‘Before Armageddon’ audio podcast, people like to listen to Sheikh Nazim’s sohbets. They will now be able to read the sohbets in English. Maulana has given this English periodical the name ‘Expected Paraclete’ to express the way in which Sayyidina Muhammad (s) is mentioned in the Bible. This small new English magazine now has come out with its 110th issue. People like its typographic and graphical arrangement as much as the careful editing of the Enlish text including translated Aabic or Turkish phrases and an expression of its sources.
